All purchases and pledges made on Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter’s Terms of Use, including policies on funding outcomes and delivery expectations.

2.3. Opt-out at any time

You can unsubscribe from Early Access updates at any moment by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the Kickstarter campaign is live, any pledges will be managed directly through Kickstarter and subject to their refund and project policies.

Both models offer the same smart features, sensors, and automation capabilities. The only difference is how they are powered:

Theia Pro (THEIA-1P) supports both USB-C and Power over Ethernet (PoE), making it ideal for structured cabling, professional installations, and elderly care environments that require stable, uninterrupted power.

Theia Home (THEIA-1H) works with USB-C only, perfect for simple home setups.

Functionality is identical—only the power connection changes.

Yes. Core functions (detection, automations, alarms) continue to work locally. Cloud-dependent features (remote notifications, Micelio Cloud advanced AI routines) require internet access.

Typically, 3–5 devices are recommended for an average-sized home (living room, kitchen, and bedrooms). Larger homes may require more units depending on layout and coverage needs.

Theia hardware is a one-time purchase. Optional subscription is available for Micelio Cloud, which unlocks advanced AI routines, extended history, and remote access.
